The sublimation lanyards process involves:

The printing machine use ink jet printer to process the computer design artwork image such as portrait, animal, landscape, text etc. logo by reversal into the sublimation transfer paper.
And then increase temperature up to 220 with heat transfer equipment. Sublimation ink, which is on paper will be in the form of gasification into substrates so as to transfer the vivid images on the paper to the polyester material.

From above 2 points, we know this sublimation process is by high temperature pressing the paper and letting the design artwork image ink into the fabric instead of screen print. So don’t worry about any ink smudging, fading or breaking down after wash. All images maintain bright colors on the lanyards surface until the sublimation lanyards is broken.
