Please read the terms and conditions related to working and collaborating with our lanyards factory. They are valid for all sales made by our company to a customer.
1. Definition of Terms
Seller = Lanyards Factory with the address on Century Road, Jindu Town, Gaoyao City, Guangdong Province, China
Customer = the individual, the company or the person authorized to act on their behalf who orders products from Lanyards
Goods = the merchandise that the customer purchases from the seller
Services = all the services that the seller offers to its customers
Price = the cost of the merchandise according to the agreement signed between the two parties (seller and customer)
2. Trading Conditions
The next conditions are valid for all orders made to Lanyards. Once the order placed, the customer agrees with the seller’s terms and conditions. Changes might be operated only if approved by our General Manager.
Please note that the seller accepts only orders placed via e-mail.
3. Payment Policy
The seller does not have a complicated payment. The customer acquits the ordered goods and receives an invoice as proof of payment.
There are two different situations:
- if the value of the order is less than or equal to $3000, the customer has to pay the whole amount as soon as he/she confirms the order
- if the order exceeds the price of $3000, the customer must pay a 50% deposit after confirming the order; the customer has to pay the remaining sum before the goods are shipped
To make the payment, the customer must use PayPal or T/T, Western Union.
In case of overdue invoices, the seller will:
- suspend the production until the payment is made
- not deliver the goods until the payment is made
- cancel the order
The seller will implement the measures after having a discussion with the customer.
4. International Import Duties and Taxes
International delivery is tricky. Countries may apply various taxes and import fees on merchandise that comes from other parts of the world.
Please remember that the seller does not pay the customs charges applied in the destination countries. These are the customer’s duty.
The measures taken by foreign customs and the actions of delivery companies are beyond the seller’s control. Thus, it cannot be held responsible for them.
5. Delivery Conditions
The goods will be delivered at the address provided by the customer.
The customer will know the time and the date of the delivery due to notifications.
The customer has to make the arrangements necessary to pick up the goods. Any changes related to the customer’s contact person and/or delivery address must be communicated to the seller.
If nobody is present at the delivery point, the seller cannot be accused of having disrupted the customer’s activity.
The seller is not responsible for the delays and product damages caused by the courier.
Customers do not have to use our transport system. They can operate with any courier company they want.
In case their courier fails to arrive, the seller will keep the products in its warehouses for a month. The seller will not charge any fee for this service.
6. Risks
The seller cannot be held responsible for the damages that may occur to the goods after they are collected by the customer.
7. Return and Refund
The customer must check the items upon arrival. He/She has to contact and inform the seller on issues related to:
- manufacturing flaws
- quantity and quality
- damages that might result from the seller’s actions
The customer has 7 days to report these problems to the seller.
The customer must allow the seller to have a second inspection of the items considered faulty.
If the customer fails to announce the manufacturing problems in due time, then the seller will consider the goods error-free.
The goods, which are damaged because of fabrication mistakes, needn’t be returned.
The seller will replace all faulty goods with new ones.
If the customer does not want to replace the damaged products, the seller offers a 100% refund for them.
In case the customer cancels the order during the production process, the seller will not give any refund. The seller does not apply any other charges for this inconvenient.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
At the customer’s request, the seller will pass to him/her the intellectual property on the artwork. The seller will do this after bulk production.
9. Data Protection
The seller asks but does not force customers to provide personal information such as e-mail address, name or postal address. The seller needs this information to process and deliver the order.
In case the seller wants to use these data for sending newsletters, it needs the customer’s permission.
The seller’s authorized personnel will be the only one that has access to private information.
In case of fraud investigations, the seller has to comply with the legal requirements of law forces.
10. Force Majeure
Lanyards cannot be sued if uncontrollable occurrences (extreme weather phenomena, social convulsions or calamities of any kind) prevent it from honoring its part of the contract.
